The gap
Finishing a film and preparing its delivery package are two different jobs.
A locked picture and a signed-off mix are the end of post. Delivery is a separate, document-heavy stage: a compliant master, measured audio, validated caption files, artwork in several aspect ratios, structured metadata and an organised set of supporting documents — each one specified differently depending on where the film is going.
We do that stage, write down what we found and what we changed, and return one organised package you can submit from.
What we prepare
Six deliverable families.
A finished film is not yet a delivery package. We prepare and verify each family against the requirements for the destinations you name, then hand the whole thing back to you.
Picture master
Inspection of codec, resolution, frame rate, colour handling and structural errors, and a corrected or newly exported mezzanine master.
Audio package
Loudness, peaks, channel mapping, phase, sync and dialogue balance measured and corrected against the destination profile.
Captions and language assets
English SDH captions authored or corrected and validated against the exact delivery master, plus subtitle and forced-narrative files in scope.
Artwork and trailer
Artwork adapted across the required aspect ratios with textless variants, and a trailer verified for picture, audio, runtime and promotional restrictions.
Metadata and documents
A structured metadata workbook — credits, genres, keywords, logline and synopses — with an organised supporting-document index.
Package, manifest and QC record
Consistent names and folders, checksums, an asset manifest and a written QC report showing what passed, what was corrected and what remains.

Intake and destination brief
You share a viewable master, the supporting assets you already have, your intended destinations and any delivery deadline. We confirm access and build the project inventory.

Asset review and delivery plan
We inspect every supplied asset against the requirements for your destinations. Each item is marked ready, needs correction, missing or destination-specific.

Preparation and correction
We prepare the master, audio, captions, artwork, metadata, trailer, document index, file names and folder structure included in the plan.

Your review and approval
You review what only you can approve: caption spelling, credited names, billing order, synopses, artwork, title treatment and final master playback.

Final QC and handover
We run final checks against the approved files, verify names and structure, generate checksums and complete the manifest and QC report, then return the package to your storage.

- Every prepared asset, named to one convention and foldered in a structure that survives handoff between teams.

- A line-by-line index of what is in the package, what each file is for, and which destination profile it was built to.
- Checksums
- A fingerprint for every large file, so a corrupted transfer is detectable rather than discovered at intake.
- Written QC report
- Every check recorded as passed, corrected, destination-specific or outstanding — yours to hand to a distributor as evidence.
