Festival file
A DCP or screener that projects cleanly, often with a slate, watermark or laurels.
Delivery package
A mezzanine master at a specified codec, resolution, frame rate and colour space, with no slate, watermark, laurels or burned-in timecode.
Sound

A mix balanced for a specific room and playback chain.
Delivery package
Measured loudness and true peak, verified channel mapping and sync, and dialogue balance checked against the destination profile.
Text on screen

Burned-in subtitles, which satisfy a screening but not accessibility requirements.

Separate SDH caption files with speaker IDs and non-speech cues, validated against the exact delivery master.
Artwork

One poster, sized for print or a programme, usually carrying laurels and festival credits.

Artwork across the required aspect-ratio families with safe areas respected, plus textless variants for localisation.
Metadata

A programme entry and a synopsis written for an audience already in the room.

Structured fields: logline, synopses, normalised credits, genres, keywords, runtime, language and rating information.

Intake
You share the master, supporting assets and intended destinations. We confirm access and build the project inventory.

Review
Every asset is inspected and marked ready, needs correction, missing or destination-specific.

Prepare
Master, audio, captions, artwork, metadata, trailer and document index are prepared to the agreed plan.

Approve
You approve caption spelling, credits, synopses, artwork and the final master.
- 05
Verify and hand over
Final QC, checksums, manifest and written QC report, returned to your storage.
