- We inspect before we prepare
- Every project starts with a written gap report. You see exactly what is ready, what needs work and what is missing before any paid preparation begins.
- Scope, price and timeline in writing
- For fixed-fee work you approve the scope and price before we start. For quoted work you receive a written estimate. Nothing is billed by the hour.
- Handoff and QC record
- When the work is complete you receive one organised delivery package, an asset manifest, checksums and a written QC report — yours to keep and reuse.
