Stage one
Intake and destination brief
You provide a viewable master, the supporting assets you already have, your intended destinations, the release formats you want and any deadline or contractual delivery schedule. We confirm access, identify the relevant requirement sets and build the project inventory.

Stage two
Asset review and delivery plan
We inspect every supplied asset and compare it with the requirements for your intended destinations. Each item is marked ready, needs correction, missing or destination-specific, and the results become the plan we work to.

Stage three
Preparation and correction
We prepare the master, audio, captions, artwork, metadata, trailer, document index, file names and folder structure included in the plan. Picture is exported to a compliant mezzanine master. Audio is measured and corrected. Captions are authored or resynchronised to the delivery master.

Stage four
Your review and approval
You review the creative and factual elements only the owner can approve: caption spelling, credited names, billing order, loglines and synopses, artwork and title treatment, and playback of the final master. Change requests are documented before anything is finalised.

Stage five
Final QC and handover
We run final checks against the approved files, verify names and folder structure, generate checksums, complete the asset manifest and write the QC report, then return the package to your storage. If final QC finds an issue, the item returns to preparation and is re-verified before handover.

How destination requirements are selected
Requirements vary by distributor, aggregator, platform, territory and release format, and they change over time. At intake we confirm the current requirement set for the destinations you name and record which profile each asset is built to. If you have not chosen a destination yet, we prepare a high-quality core package and note the variants likely to be needed later.
How your film is handled
Your files stay in your storage. We work from your links and deliver back to them. Screeners are never shared, and we sign an NDA on request before you send anything. Preparation makes a film ready for review or submission; whether a destination licenses or accepts a title remains their decision.
